We recently completed a shipment of DIN912 socket head cap screws manufactured from A4-80 stainless steel, along with professional TUFLOCK nylon anti-loose coating.

• Thread Treatment: Blue TUFLOCK anti-vibration coating

The TUFLOCK coating is a consistent friction barrier on threads. It effectively prevents connection loosening caused by long-term mechanical vibration, eliminating the need for separate spring lock washers and simplifying on-site assembly.

A4-80 (316L) stainless steel delivers outstanding chloride resistance, making these screws ideal for coastal facilities, marine auxiliary equipment, chemical processing machinery and fluid pipeline systems.

We support customized dimensions, alternative surface treatments including MoS₂ anti-galling coating. Material Test Certificates (MTC) can be provided upon request.
