US's Final Ruling in the Third Sunset Review of Anti-dumping Duties on Steel Threaded Rod from China

On July 3rd, 2025, USITC voted and issued a third sunset review affirmative determination on the anti-dumping injury of Chinese steel threaded rod: 

"The U.S. International Trade Commission Commission (Commission or USITC) today determined that revoking the existing antidumping duty order on steel threaded rod from China would likely lead to continuation or recurrence of material injury within a reasonably foreseeable time." --- Quote from USITC

So the results is the ongoing anti-dumping duties on the steel threaded rod from China will remain in place.
