一、Product Structure, Raw Material & Surface Process


1.Precision‑Stamped Metal Carrier

Galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum or copper sheet is processed by high‑precision stamping to form flat ring‑shaped substrate. Metal thickness:0.5‑1.2 mm. Stamped substrate forms rigid skeleton of washer, bears full tightening force of fasteners and protects rubber layer from crush damage. Surface inherits original anti‑corrosion performance of sheet, secondary surface treatment is unnecessary for most scenarios. Stamping guarantees flatness for stable mass production.


2.Vulcanized EPDM Sealing Rubber Layer

3.Vulcanized Bonding Interface
