1.Precision‑Stamped Metal Carrier

Galvanized steel, stainless steel, aluminum or copper sheet is processed by high‑precision stamping to form flat ring‑shaped substrate. Metal thickness:0.5‑1.2 mm. Stamped substrate forms rigid skeleton of washer, bears full tightening force of fasteners and protects rubber layer from crush damage. Surface inherits original anti‑corrosion performance of sheet, secondary surface treatment is unnecessary for most scenarios. Stamping guarantees flatness for stable mass production.

2.Vulcanized EPDM Sealing Rubber Layer

Rubber options: EPDM, thermoset EPDM, conductive EPDM, neoprene. Rubber thickness:1.5‑5 mm with multi‑color selections. Rubber undertakes full sealing functions: block moisture invasion, resist UV & ozone damage, withstand wide‑range thermal shock.

3.Vulcanized Bonding Interface

High‑temperature vulcanization creates chemical bonding between rubber and stamped metal substrate, different from simple glue sticking. No bubbling, delamination or peeling under continuous vibration and thermal cycles caused by day‑night temperature difference, guarantee long‑term sealing reliability.
