Jiaxing Aoke Snap Tie Wedges are made of high-strength cold-rolled carbon steel and integrally stamped without welding or splicing for a solid and robust structure. The surface is treated with electro-galvanizing or hot-dip galvanizing, featuring an even and thick coating that delivers excellent rust and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for humid and dusty construction site environments. With superior toughness and strength, these wedges resist breakage and deformation under repeated hammering and wedging, and can be reused multiple times.
The galvanized snap tie wedge is an integral trapezoidal strip part, a round hole and an elongated guide slot are machined on the main body. The round hole facilitates quick insertion of matching rods, and the elongated guide slot allows flexible sliding adjustment to suit formworks of different sizes. Curved pressing around the slot forms a built-in reinforcement structure for greatly improved bending and compression resistance. Symmetric fixing holes are arranged at the top and bottom, and positioning notches on the sides ensure firm clamping onto formworks and wooden beams.
After formwork assembly, insert tie rods through the formwork.
Slide rod ends into holes of galvanized snap tie wedges and tap to wedge tightly.
Secure temporarily with nails if needed.
Tap in reverse for easy removal after concrete sets.
Reusable and easy to operate for higher working efficiency.

Galvanized snap tie wedges are dedicated accessories for cast-in-place concrete construction. Mainly used with snap ties and tie bolts, they are widely applied to formwork reinforcement for shear walls, walls, columns and other concrete structures. During concrete pouring, the wedges hold formworks firmly in place to counteract lateral pressure and prevent formwork bulging, deformation and displacement.
